Awesome Wrap Waves!! Double Barrel Wave Wand!!

I found this wand at Wal-Mart and I had to have it! I got it for about $25.00 and, made by Remington,  it is worth every penny! I am always crunching, crimping, and trying to coax some wave into my straight hair with no luck. I figured I would give this a try since I am always looking for something new and like always my guinea pig and best friend, sydney, jumped in to test it! Not only does this put loose waves into your hair but if you want tight curls you can just wrap your hair around one barrel like a curling wand. This was my first time working with this wand and trying to perfect the technique so I will post more pictures my next go around.

Here's how to do it:

See, it's that simple!! The next try is going to be tight curls! Hopefully it turns out perfectly!!!

Purple People Eater... Rawr...

This is a very simple but stunning look to recreate. Purple hues are great for people with Hazel eye color, they make the eye color bright and dramatic!

 Small Makeup Brush
Eye Primer

Eyeliner Brush

This is how you get the look:

  1. First you cover the eyelid with #1 from the lash line to just under the brow line.
  2. Then, using a small makeup brush, take #2 and apply it from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner staying in the crease.
  3. Next, take a medium size makeup brush and apply #2 to the outer corner of the eyelid and carefully blend the outer crease corner with the outer corner.
  4. Now take #3 and apply it over the #2 that you just blended on the outer corner of the eye, this will give you the smokey eye look.
  5. Take a silver eyeliner pencil and dot the inner corner of the eyelid to brighten the whites of your eyes.
  6. After you are finished with the silver eyeliner, take #3, using an eyeliner brush, apply it to the lower lash line from the outer corner to the middle of the lower lash line.
  7. Then take #2 and starting from the middle of the lower lash line apply until you reach the inner corner of the eye.
And that is it! It is so simple! If there are any concerns or questions about the directions feel free to email me or comment and I will help any way I can. Thanks!
